Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Click on the Teddy Bear to enter the Parent Communication Center

Information about the Parent Communication Center:

The Parent Communication Center is a web-based service that we offer to help you stay up-to-date with your child’s academic progress. This website allows you to monitor your child’s grades, discipline report, and assignments on a DAILY basis. You must contact the school to sign up for the first time, however; once you have registered, you can access the information from any device...no matter where you are!
